Membership Sign-up

There are two ways to sign up members and collect payment.

1. Pay Via PayPal or Credit Card

If the member wishes to sign-up online and pay via PayPal or credit card, have them use the "Join the Hilton PSO" button on the upper right instead.  

Note that this option requires that a related event must be set up in Constant Contact's EventSpot beforehand and the button added to the web site in its custom theme.

2. Pay Via Cash or Check

If the member wishes to pay via cash or check, collect payment and then use the button below to direct them to add their information right into Constant Contact.  This saves us from having to re-enter the information manually from a paper.

Note that you still need to keep track of the name of who joined so that we can ensure they were added to the proper Hilton PSO mailing list in Constant Contact.

Membership Sign-up Excel Sheet

We've created a nice membership sign-up Excel sheet that can be printed out and used at membership drive events to write down who signed up, how much they paid, etc.
